warranty on parts and labor. We have experience building over

- 1 Year - 40 Point Check - Our newly
constructed homes come with a 40-point checkup within a year of
completion. This allows us to check the quality of our work,
lube windows, make any repairs to drywall - caused by the
settling of the house, etc.
- Demolition - We
can remove any old structures before building the new structure
in its place.
- Remodeling - We
have over 15 years experience helping families with their
remodeling needs, using quality materials and quality
craftsmanship.
- Roofing - We use
only the best materials, like Ice Guard, 3 in one, and laminated
shingles. We have designed some of the most spectacular
architectural roofing designs in the area. We ensure proper
ventilation to allow maximum efficiency for heating and cooling,
extending the life of the roof.
- Siding - Our craftsmen use
non-corrosive materials which prevent the fasteners from
breaking loose from the structure. We also make recommendations
for the correct amount of insulation.
